Brian Speer is the son of Faye and the late Brock Speer. Growing up in the Speer Family has given him years of on-the-job training in the gospel music field. With a BS in business administration and accounting from Trevecca Nazarene University, Brian owns and runs the Doghouse Recording Studio in Nashville, TN, and produces and engineers many CD projects each year. Allison and Brian will be celebrating 24 years of marriage in 2013 and he serves as her sound technician and road manager.

Shawn Degenhart lives in central Illinois and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to GodSong. He and his wife, Anne, are the founders and directors of GospelFest Ministries, a non-profit corporation tasked with furthering the art of Southern Gospel music. He has taught music theory at the Stamps-Baxter School of Music and is the music director at Grace Evangelical Church in Morton, IL. He and Anne have two beautiful daughters and are expecting a third.

Ben Waites was born with arthrogryposis, and while his body may be bound to a wheelchair, his spirit soars through the gift of music. He has a BA from Louisiana College with an interdisciplinary concentration of music, communications, and theater arts. As a continuing student of vocal performance, Ben teaches voice in his local area in addition to his busy performance schedule. Ben's life is an inspiration and a lesson in determination and courage.

Jeff Cleghorn launched into full-time music evangelism in 2008 after serving for 20 years on the staff of a local church in Warner Robins, GA. Through his ministry, he provides piano concerts, leads music for revivals, and does worship leader supply throughout the southeast. Jeff says, “God has put a song in my heart. Whenever I sit down at the piano keyboard, my desire is that the listener hears God sing that song through my hands. He alone is worthy of all praise.” In addition to his solo ministry, Jeff travels with his family performing Southern Gospel music concerts as The Cleghorns.

Mike Allen filled the roll as the resident bass singer for Gaither Homecoming tour for more than ten years. Prior to that, he sang with the Blackwood Quartet, The Weatherfords, Palmetto State, The LeFevre Quartet, John's Call, and Poet Voices. Mike brings his years of hard-earned experience in Gospel music to GodSong. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Mike lives in Nashville and is continuing his music career with a solo ministry.

Wess and Susan Adams are pastors at the Wild, Wild West Cowboy Church in Galveston, TX. Wess also has years of experience as a full-time Gospel music performer, logging over one hundred concerts each year, with Susan acting as his manager. Susan is responsible for meals and snacks at GodSong, a very important duty! Wess is our staff chaplain and all-around facilitator of whatever needs we have.
